  Boston Rug Company offers free shipping inside the United States on all orders over $99.00, excludes Alaska and Hawaii.  shipping is provided by a common carrier.  Boston Rug Company will provide you with a tracking number to follow the progress of your order

Returns & Replacements

Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 5 days of receipt.

• Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

• Please note:

1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 5 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. In order to initiate the return process, you must email us within 5 days from delivery of the merchandise to obtain a refund number which you must include with your returned package. Any items received by us without same shall be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

2. You can initiate a return for an items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 14 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for used products.

3. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

4. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

5. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty
